Welcome to a delicious experience at The National Museum of Denmark. Inspired by our ancestors’ ways of exploring, living and eating we create sustainable food.

Our concept does not only focus on our ancestors manners and diet. With our concept we also focus on fast and great service at reasonable price. Furthermore we serve brunch, lunch as well as sandwiches and sweets.

Local, seasonal and sustainable
Our menu mainly consists of fresh ingredients from local farms and fishermen. We only use crops especially favorable for the conditions in the Nordic countries. It is our ambition to protect the environment while using our pots and pans. The menus are designed both for the gala dinner, conference and the daily visitors at the museum.
